In 2011 Toddy joined Picture Farm Production as partner, executive creative director, lead editor, in-house filmmaker and head of post production.
He immediately establishing a “post-first” creative process, reverse engineering projects from delivery back to the brief, transforming the Brooklyn-based photo production service business into an award winning international film production company with satellite outposts in Barcelona, London, Los Angeles and Berlin.

He built and curated the PF Gallery, an art gallery catering to local artists and community movements which spawned the annual Picture Farm Film Fest and the It Doesn’t Not Work hydrodynamic design expo.

In 2019 he was named a Small Business Administration Small Business Person of the Year and a Made In NY/Brooklyn Workforce Innovations Outstanding Employer for developing internship and mentorship programs and centralizing a community engagement ethos at the company.
